SUMMARY:Matt Sandbank's Shadow Factory
DESCRIPTION:Shadow Camp Live with Matt Sandbank is a cross-curricular virtual puppetry program designed for elementary-aged audiences. \nIt features an interactive show where you will be able to make puppets\, watch Matt perform with his shadow puppets and ask him questions. \nHere is a list of supplies that you can gather prior to Matt’s program: \nHere is a list of items for puppet making: \n\n2-3 pieces of cardstock (cereal box could be used instead)\n2-3 brass paper fasteners/brads\n2 flexi straws\n2 small pieces of scotch tape\n2 rubber bands\n\nAt home\, kids will also need a pair of scissors. A single hole punch is helpful\, but a sharpened pencil may be used instead\, with parental guidance. \nTemplates for making shadow puppets can be found on Matt’s website \nHave them ready ahead of time. \nJoin the Zoom Meeting \n  \nWorkshops\nMatt has also provided us with three engaging recorded workshops that you can do at your own pace throughout the week of July 10-17 for additional practice. \nAccess the Workshops\nPassword (case sensitive) is: SHADOWCAMP2021 \n
