The program is sponsored by the Placitas Artists Series on TWO Sundays, March 9 and 16 starting at 2:00 PM.
The sessions will be led by Pam and Peter Colton, percussionists and founders of the Placitas Drumming Group and Shelley Miller, visual artist and teacher. Participants will be exposed to a variety of percussion instruments and will practice rhythms. During the 2nd session, they will create their own instrument and will participate in their in a concert using their newly created instruments. All materials will be provided.
