Join us for the children’s summer reading programs, Adventure.

Family Registration Form

You may complete the form below to register or download the pdf file here. Once completed you may do one of the following:

Print it and drop it off at the library help desk.
You can also fill out a registration form at the library and give it to the help desk volunteer.
Mail it to Nora Timmons at the Placitas Community Library, 453 Hwy. 165, Placitas, NM 87043.
Attach It to an email and send it to nntimmons @ comcast.net (no spaces).

The 4 R's flyer explains how the Summer Reading Challenge works.

The first R is a reminder to read books from the Pearl Room.

The second R is to remind you to record the title of each book on your reading log that is in your registration packet. If you are reading a chapter book you should record each 50 pages you read.

The third R is to remind you to bring your reading log to each program so a volunteer can check it for you and give you stickers for each book read or for each 50 pages read.

The final R is for the raffle ticket you will receive. There will be a raffle drawing at the end of each program.
