Placitas artists have been facing a dilemma. While this past year has been a grand time for making art, it provided few opportunities for artists to share their efforts with the general public. The 2020 Placitas Studio Tour was canceled because of Covid-19 New Mexico Department of Health restrictions, leaving studios full to overflowing with art.
