Dear Placitas Community Library patrons, supporters, and friends
Thank you so much to everyone who completed our recent Patron Survey. The survey ran from June 22 – July 31 and we received 292 responses. We are truly grateful to all of you who took the time to share your thoughts about PCL.
We would like to share the feedback we received in two different ways. First, as a one-page high-level summary entitled, “Snapshots.” This will give you basic information about the results. For those of you who would like to dig deeper we have a PowerPoint slide deck that goes into much more detail. To access the one-page summary and the slide deck please click on the Patron Survey Results button above. Both will also be available for your perusal at the Help Desk if you would rather read a hard copy. We will also be sending both versions out to our newsletter email distribution list.
We are committed to maintaining transparency throughout the strategic planning process and will continue to provide updates as we progress.
Again, the committee would like to thank everyone in the community who responded to the survey. Your feedback is very important to us as we continue with the strategic plan.
