*All PCL Meeting Room Reservations must be approved by PCL. Once your request has been received, we will review the information provided. You may be asked for additional information prior to approval. If you have any questions, please call (505) 867-3355.

At the end of the meeting please return the room to the way you found it. For ANY meeting starting or ending outside of Library open hours, a key packet is required and information on how to unlock and lock the building will be provided. To obtain a key packet you must have a Placitas Community Library card. Key packets need to be picked up 24 hours before scheduled meeting and are available for checkout at the Help Desk during normal library hours. For additional information contact reservations@placitaslibrary.com. The library is monitored for intrusion and has 24/7 cameras in place.

Which meeting room are you requesting?*

Collin Meeting Room (CMR)- The maximum reservation attendance is set at 30 people for this room. It is recommended for meetings involving 20 or fewer people.

Gracie Lee Community Room - This room should not be reserved unless the meeting is for 20 or more people OR the Collin Meeting Room (CMR) is not available. The maximum reservation attendance is set at 60 people. As per the room policy, you can have up to 90 in the room. If you need more than 60, please make a note in your reservation form in “Notes” requesting the number you need up to the maximum.

Vulcan Cafe - For 4 or less with table and chairs. This is not a private space.

Do you also need to reserve the Vulcan Café as well for this event?

This should only be selected if you need the kitchen space for preparing food or for small breakout meetings associated with your primary use of the Gracie Lee Community Room.
