Saturday, June 10 at 1:00 - Harnessing the Wind with Stephanie and Walt Witowski. Children will follow the scientific method to build their own windmill.
Thursday, June 15 at 1:00 - Protecting Animal Habitats with the ABQ Biopark Educators and live animals.
Explora will bring hands-on STEM activities for the entire family.
Thursday, July 6 at 12:00 - Wonders on Wheels Mobile Museum where children will view two art exhibits one with Gustav Baumann's landscape paintings and one with marionettes. Kids will make their own marionette.
Sing, dance, and read aloud in this fun program with Aspen Black, teaching artist and performer.
Enjoy polka music with Mike Schneider, Pint Size Polkas.
Celebrate the last day of the Summer Reading Program with puzzles, games, coloring, legos and loteria (Mexican Bingo) and enjoy refreshments and receive a prize bag and special prizes for top readers.
