Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 AM – Pre-k Story Time Celebrate spring with stories and an egg hunt in our labyrinth.
April 2-May 14 – Placitas Elementary Students’ Art Exhibit, Our Children, Their Art, and Their Books during regular library hours.
April 22 from 1-3 – Artist Reception and book give away for all pre-k and elementary children who attend.
Saturday, May 20 at 1:00 PM – Learn about Abstract Art with Diana Shomaker, Placitas Artist and create your own piece of abstract art.
Summer Reading Program – “All Together Now” (Book give away each week)
Saturday, June 10 at 1:00 – STEM Engineering Program with PCL patrons, Stephanie and Walt Witkowski.
Thursday, June 15 at 1:00 – Bio Park Educators will bring animals and animal artifacts to present a program on protecting wildlife habitats.
Saturday, June 24 at 1:00 – Explora Family Science Program
Thursday, July 6 at 1:00 – New Mexico’s Wonders on Wheels Museum featuring an art exhibit by New Mexican artist, Gustave Baumann and an art activity.
Saturday, July 15 at 1:00 – Aspen Black, cowgirl presenting “Sing All Together Now” with singing, dancing, playing games, winning prizes all while learning about friendship and kindness.
Saturday, July 22 at 1:00 – Mike Schneider presenting “Pint Size Polkas”. Enjoy the happiest form of music!
Saturday, July 29 at 1:00 – “Playing All Together” with games, puzzles, coloring, Legos, and Loteria. Receive a prize bag for participating in our Reading Challenge and programs.
