Beginning Friday, October 16, 2020, the Collin Meeting Room will be available for small meetings of no more than five people between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The three days each week that the Collin Meeting Room will be open for meetings coincides with the library’s cleaning schedule. These are the same days that the library is providing materials pick-up; however, the hours are extended to allow for more access. The library has meeting space available for patrons to use. To ensure social distancing, maximum occupancy is six attendees. There is a kitchenette, lighted lectern, projector and screen available. You must fill out the form below to reserve the room. Reservations can be placed up to 12 months in advance.
If you wish to run a public program please contact us before reserving the room. Explain your program and request in the form and we will respond directly to you.
Before you make a room request, please first check the Collin Room Online calendar to confirm that the time you need is available. Note that the calendar is the scheduling calendar that includes set-up and take-down times. The Collin Room is available at no cost, but PCL depends on donations to meet operating expenses. Please consider making a donation.
