The library has meeting space available for patrons to use. Maximum occupancy is 50, seated. There is a kitchenette, lighted lectern, projector and screen available. You must fill out the form below to reserve the room. Reservations can be placed up to 12 months in advance.
If you wish to run a public program please contact us before reserving the room. Explain your program and request in the form and we will respond directly to you.
Before you make a room request, please first check the Collin Room Online calendar to confirm that the time you need is available. Note that the calendar is the scheduling calendar that includes set-up and take-down times. For times of the actual events, please head to the Library Activities Page and click on the event of interest.
The Collin Room is available at no cost, but PCL depends on donations to meet operating expenses. Please consider making a donation.
The Collin Meeting Room is available for community and library meetings and can be scheduled between 10 AM and 10 PM on most days. In order to avoid conflicts, the following process is used:
