Garden Tour Seed Balls for Children
As part of the Garden Tour, we will be making seed balls from 10-3 or until supplies run out. This activity is for adults as well.
Our regular Hours are Tues. 10-7, Wed. Thurs. & Sat. 10-5, and Sun. 1-4.

Pre-K Story Time for children ages 0-5. The theme is "Nature's Whispers: A Journey Through Leaves and Trees. The books are: One Day This Tree Will Fall, Leslie Barnard Booth, A Tree is Nice, Janice May Udry, The Leaf Thief, Alice Hemming. Participate in a Leaf Rubbing craft and have a Leaf Shaped Snack.

A children's art exhibit is being held from November 8-18 at the Placitas Library. The art was created by Placitas Elementary School Students under the guidance of Joanne Collier, art teacher. Please come enjoy their beautiful work.

Cozy up with Warm Winter Stories by Jan Brett. PCL Volunteer, Kathy Suydam, will read winter-themed stories, The Mitten and The Three Snow Bears. Wear your mittens and bring a teddy bear to listen with you!
Glass artist, Karen Shatar, will be at the library with beautiful glass hearts and glass feathers for you to decorate as a Valentine gift or just for yourself. She is providing materials. Please RSVP nntimmons@comcast.net by January 31st with the number of adults and children.
