Placitas Library Flea Market
The Market will be held on the fourth Saturdays of May through October in the fields west of the Merc from 7 AM to 2 PM.
For 2017, Markets will begin May 27 and run through October 28. First come first served. We do not take reservations for spots. Space fee is still $10, tables are $10 and we offer optional tents for an additional $15 each. Vendor fees support the Library! Set up starts at 6am, and we collect fees at 9am.
Sorry, but sales of foods or drink are not permitted. Firearms are prohibited.
For more information please call Ellen McMahon at 505-404-8657 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
So skip that yard sale and set up at the community Flea Market and spend the day with your friends and neighbors. You will have more fun, more potential customers and be supporting your Library at the same time. Nothing to sell? Come out, browse, schmooze and buy!
Want to help? We need volunteers to help with the setup of the flea market area, putting up and taking down signs, and the Library’s sales table. Sign up sheets will be at the library front desk.
If you have gently-used items to donate for the Library’s sales table — costume jewelry, house wares, accessories, and so on — they can be dropped off at the Library.
NOTE: We take a lot of things, but clothing isn’t one of them.
