*All PCL Meeting Room Reservations must be approved by PCL. Once your request has been received, we will review the information provided. You may be asked for additional information prior to approval. If you have any questions, please call (505) 867-3355. *

Rooms typically are set up as Seen in Meeting Configuration pictures. We ask that all room users return the room to the state that the user found them in. For ANY meeting room use starting or ending Outside of Library Open Hours, a key packet is required and knowledge of how to unlock and lock the building will be provided. To obtain a key packet, you must have a Placitas Community Library Card. For special times or use of meeting rooms, contact the library director at librarydirector@placitaslibrary.com. The library is monitored for intrusion and has 24/7 cameras in place.
